Don’t order!!

Really wish I read the trust pilot review before ordering! I purchased a dog bed and some other items at a cost of £80+ after seeing the dog bed on social media adverts.

My order was place 29th of September, I’ve had no communication or order confirmation at all! I have also contacted the customer service and await to hear..

I would not even review 1 star for this company. I purchased over £70 worth of products more than 3 months ago. Despite numerous emails to them, including an request for a full refund, I have not received an answer. Do not purchase from this company. I believe it is a scam.

Poor Customer Service, Missing Order

I ordered a month ago and have emailed them three times for an update of my order. They have not responded at all- nor do they provide any tracking number. I never write reviews, so for me to write one shows a concern with this company. I am disappointed with myself that I did not do any research. Please read these reviews. Items are nice, shipping is not.

The items are great, they fit nicely on my couch and look awesome. The delivery timeframe was not great. Website says 1-3 days for shipping but it didn’t ship for almost a month. Only after I requested to cancel the order and get a refund did it ship and when it arrived, the packaging looked terrible. It was a giant ball that could be mistaken for a turkey. Nothing was folded nicely and placed in a package with care.

Poor quality product and customer service

The quality of the dog bed is very poor and not like advertised. For what it costs to what I actually got is not acceptable. The automated customer service emails to handle this situation is terrible, there should be better customer service and better quality.

Still waiting

Placed an order in middle of August and have not received my order FFPET271233
Have emailed them on numerous occasions and get the same email apologising for delays but are unable to provide update to shipping and ignore requests for refund. It is a shame as genuinely wanted the travel bed but would not order from here!

No update

I placed an order with this company and haven’t received anything — no shipping updates at all. After ordering, I found out they were shut down by the UK government for selling substandard pet supplies from China and refusing refunds. I really should’ve researched before purchasing.

Non delivery of goods

Avoid this company

I don't understand how a company can be so bad but continue to send out weekly emails to get you to buy more products. Ordered in Aug, no up date, no item delivered, no refund. Left it the 40 days the website says delivery can take and then made contact via email and still no response, nothing, not even an acknowledgement to my emails.
This has to be an elaborate scam as no way can this be a genuine company.

Very disappointing, ordered a month ago and no delivery received

I placed an order on 22nd September and money taken from my account straight away. Company advertises quick delivery but I have not heard anything or received anything. I did email and got a reply saying that my order was very popular so may take a bit longer to arrive, but still no delivery and have emailed since and got no reply. I do however receive daily marketing emails advertising their products. Feeling very disappointed and not sure if I’m going to get my order, doesn’t seem hopeful according to the other reviews.

Nice ideas, everything else not so good

The product is good but the delivery was not good.
After purchasing the item the process is the next stage before delivery. The processing stage took 6weeks. During this time I emailed FunnyFuzzyPets three times as to an update on why the processing was taking so long. If I received and email to say the process might take up to 6 weeks I would have understood, but I thought the company was a scam and just took my money. After the 6weeks I finally got an email from the delivery company to say it was out for delivery, this also took 2.5weeks to deliver.
The product is expensive but looks good in my car, but the whole process of waiting and waiting wasn't worth it. Please can you communicate with customers and offer more updates in the future, I would recommend the company but with a warning of it takes about two months to receive the item and nobody gets back to you.
Nice fun ideas but the company definitely need some changed!

Don’t buy from this website !

I ordered some items on the 2nd of August and emailed after asking when they’d be sent. I was told there would be a delay. I emailed again two seperate times in September and October and have had no response! Either a scam or very very bad customer service, but do not recommend ordering from here.
