No refund. No contact. No customer service
I purchased a Black Ashby backpack from Spiral. Did not like the design so sent it back immediately following the instructions given by Spirial. Backpack has been delivered back to return address (comfirmed tracked delivery) but Spiral have refused to respond further to my refund request or process my refund. They are keeping my money and my product! Horrific customer service. Highly recommend avoiding this company
