As someone running a small boutique hotel, I gotta say – tech usually isn’t my thing. I’m more about the guest experience and keeping the rooms spotless. But Smartness.com? Total lifesaver.

We were juggling 4 different systems before – bookings here, pricing there, analytics god knows where. Smartness somehow pulls it all together in one place. I don’t know how it works under the hood, but I do know I check one dashboard now and actually understand what’s going on.

Also gotta give them props for support – real people, super patient (even when I asked the same thing twice lol). Felt like they actually wanted us to succeed, not just sell us something.
