Elite were great. They answered lots of questions before I bought - the chat function gets you a very nice person not a bot - and their technical lead gave me a really helpful, detailed answer to a question about operation when I bought.

They were no more expensive than anyone else and I feel my money bought me a service, not just a transaction.

My contract with Plusnet elapsed some time ago, and like many other busy people I missed the email. They then jacked the price up enormously, to a degree that I consider cynical. Their advisor was utterly unsympathetic to this ‘it’s not Plusnet’s responsibility to manage your finances’. True, but I don’t wish to give my money to an organisation with that attitude.
