After ordering 2 t-shirts that were not what was advertised !

After ordering 2 t-shirts that were marked as cotton I received 2 t-shirts that were 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I can't wear this fabric so I sent 5 emails to this company without reply. This company states on their website that they have respect for their customers... I disagree profoundly.They have utter contempt for customers and have not engaged at all with my emails. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from Lorealwear to definitely do not have anything to do with them. If it was allowed I would give this company a -10 star rating for the contempt they have shown me. Please do not engage with this corrupt company. Their products are quite expensive and not what they are advertised as, and their attitude to customers is absolutely appalling to put it mildly. Save yourself the trouble by staying away from this company Lorealwear !

I have been a loyal customer of…

I have been a loyal customer of Aliexpress for a long time and always had a good relationship with this company. But recently have had several disputes about refunds for non delivered purchases. My last case in point was the purchase of three shirts, one shirt was delivered, one shirt was refunded, but one refund for the other shirt was NOT REFUNDED. The process of trying to receive my refund has been floored from the start as Aliexpress have denied me my refund. I will never again purchase anything at all from this company because of my experience and urge any woodbe purchases to think again and bypass this company. This process has been quite stressful and has left a bad taste in my mouth at being defrauded of my refund. Please find alternative outlets rather than using this company. Signed : Very unhappy ex customer. Cheers.
