I paid £6.99 for next day delivery but parcel did not arrive next day. Wilko said they would refund the £6.99 delivery charge but they haven't

Hartwell Hereford have messed up the…

Hartwell Hereford have messed up the last two years servicing on my car. In 2024 they put in the wrong sump plug and all the oil ran out. They did admit it was their fault and put it right. So gave them benefit of the doubt and took it back there for service this year May 2025. Since the service the car has been leaking oil. I have today taken it to another independant mechanic who has said oil was leaking from the sump due to washer missing from sump plug. So Hartwell messed up again. I rang Hartwell Hereford to complain but they don't want to know. So obviously I won't be using them again. Just seen Hartwell's reply to my complaint. Firstly it has taken them weeks to reply and secondly noone has contacted me about booking car in with them. I don't know why they want me to book the car in with them, will never use them again, have already had it fixed elsewhere

Package left outside gate on the ground in the mud. Also there was a package left not for me. So I took it to the correct address

Lawnmower

We bought a lawnmower in May 2024 and it has just gone wrong. Charlies don't want to know about repairing or replacing it as it is more than 30 days since we purchased it. All they have done is give us a list of places to take it to repair at our expense. You would expect them to repair or replace as only had the mower 3 months. Needless to say we won't be using them again

I am sorry to hear a fault has occurred with the mower.
As discussed on the phone, we advise a local dealer as this can be more convenient for the customer, I am ever so sorry this was not explained to you in full initially.
