Birmingham Airport’s NCP parking system is a source of widespread frustration. Exploitive parking fees are unacceptable. Signage is poor, making it difficult to locate car parks. The booking system is unreliable, confusing and antiquated. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems fail to recognize vehicles, causing delays at exits. Overall, the NCP parking experience is costly, poorly managed, and stressful.

Ordered some bespoke budgies for my holidays, the time frame was tight to have them arrive in time. Rob (UK support) smashed it and managed to get them to me a day early.
