Looking for a mini and found one just right at Sandcliffe. I'm 200 miles away so would this be a problem? Initially the contact was with Heycar (who were not that useful - heyho) so Luke pursued everything - video of the car on a wet Saturday morning, arranging part exchange, pacing me through all the online stuff, and arranging delivery via another company - who let us down the night before - so.... you know what happens next - Luke himself gets up at silly o'clock to drive the 200miles to Essex, go through the car functions in detail, and then drives my old car all the way back to Nottingham. Well pleased with the car and personal service. Thankyou Luke
