Après achat de la solution premium…

Après achat de la solution premium prévoyant un montage du lit superposé les livreurs n’étaient pas formés pour le montage . Vente unique à remboursé la prestation de montage mais le service n’était pas à la hauteur au final

Wideroe HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID

I took a Wideroe flight from Trondheim to Bodo to go to the Lofoten Islands, and on arrival our luggage was not there. Then they assured us that our luggage would be delivered the same day in the Lofoten Islands (100% insured by the company's employees). After successive shipments (3 in total) to the wrong destinations, the luggage was delivered 3 days later but two of the three pieces of luggage were damaged, one of which was destroyed. The company was late in providing me with the baggage damage report, i.e. on 23 July for an event that occurred on 13 July, and considers the incident closed as the damage report must be sent within 7 days according to Airline industry rules. This company is unprofessional and does not take responsibility for its mistakes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID this compagny
