I was contacted and the install date was established for today, and all went well
The installers were super nice and paid attention to detail
I changed my rating, proving hat good customer service will always win
UPDATE:
I’m an honest guy. Turns out they kept calling the wrong number for me. This post, however, did finally prompt the desired response. The manager got my correct number once I texted him and another manager.
They are coming tomorrow (AUG 13) to do the work.
I’ll reserve changing my rating once I see the finished product.
