Very polite and knowledgeable staff. However, I was frustrated that InsureandGo does not make available a detailed breakdown of the cover until the purchase has been made. So I could not compare the cover with other possible insurers. The staff were perfectly willing to answer any questions however, so the issue was not their fault.

The quality of the engraved brass and backing wood is excellent, and I'm very pleased with it. However, I asked for the backing wood to be drilled for the screws, and it was not drilled, so now I have to find someone to drill it for me!

The lady answering my call was very curtious and understanding, and my issue was sorted quickly.

I'm booking for a group of pensioners, and I found the booking agent very understanding and helpful.

Very helpful and organised in booking our cruises over many years, and I will continue to use them. I am a little disappointed they don't keep track of last minute offers though, as I am single and retired, I could go on a cruise with very little notice, but I have to search elsewhere for those.
