Pretty in Pink! Thrilled with My New Gucci Watch from Luxury eBoutique

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a stunning Gucci watch from Luxury eBoutique, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. For a while, I had been searching for the Gucci YA163410. Its unique design, especially the pink glass face, had caught my eye, but finding it at the right price was proving difficult. I wanted to ensure I was purchasing from a trustworthy source and within my budget. That’s when I stumbled upon Luxury eBoutique’s eBay store.

While browsing their listings, I didn’t see the exact model I was looking for. However, I noticed they had provided an email address on their business profile page. On a whim, I decided to reach out directly to see if they might have the watch in stock. I’m so glad I did! Sarah from Luxury eBoutique responded quickly and with genuine enthusiasm, which immediately put me at ease. She explained that while they only showcase a limited selection of their inventory on eBay, they actually have a much broader range of products, which would soon be available on their own website. To my absolute delight, Sarah confirmed that they did indeed have the Gucci watch I was after in stock!

What really stood out to me was how effortless Sarah made the whole process. After confirming they had the watch, she sent me an invoice with a QR payment link, which I found incredibly convenient and secure. The transaction was smooth from start to finish and to my amazement, the watch was delivered the very next day! The packaging was secure and befitting the luxury item inside. When I opened it, I was overjoyed to see that the watch was exactly as described, if not better and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Luxury eBoutique has won me over with their exceptional service and attention to detail. Sarah and the team went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact watch I wanted, making the entire process enjoyable and stress free. It’s rare to find a retailer that cares this much about their customers.

Evri Delivery - A Consistently Frustrating Experience

I’ve reached my limit with Evri delivery service. Time and time again, they’ve let me down with their complete lack of reliability and professionalism. The issues have become so persistent that I now actively avoid shopping with online retailers who use Evri as their courier and I’m seriously considering not placing any orders unless an alternative delivery method is available.

One of the most infuriating aspects of Evri’s service is the frequency of missed deliveries for no apparent reason. On several occasions, the drivers have completely skipped my address, only for me to receive a notification claiming that they “could not get access.” This is particularly frustrating because I’ve been home, waiting for the delivery, only to find out later that the driver didn’t even attempt to reach my property. There’s nothing more aggravating than rearranging your day around a delivery that never even comes close to happening.

Even when a delivery does manage to reach my doorstep, the experience is often no better. Multiple times, the driver has rung the doorbell, hastily dropped the package on the doorstep, and driven off without even checking if anyone was home to receive it. Thanks to my Ring doorbell, I’ve witnessed this careless behaviour firsthand. This unprofessional approach not only risks packages being lost, stolen or damaged but also shows a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It’s evident that the drivers are more focused on rushing through their deliveries than ensuring customers actually receive their parcels safely.

To make matters worse, Evri’s customer service is practically non-existent. Trying to resolve an issue with them is a nightmare, with no accountability or basic communication. This lack of support only adds to the frustration, leaving you with no recourse when things go wrong, which in my experience, happens all too often.

At this point, I’ve lost all trust in Evri’s ability to deliver packages reliably and professionally. Their service is terrible, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction I’ve had with them. It’s incredibly disappointing that a company tasked with something as straightforward as delivering parcels can’t seem to get the basics right. If you value your time, your purchases and your peace of mind, I strongly advise against using Evri as a delivery service. They need to get their act together and until they do, I’ll be avoiding them at all costs.
