Customer service does nothing but send you the same automated response for everything and anything. If you even get to talk to someone it’s someone with a piss poor attitude. I had an issue with two accounts. It was fixed thankfully by them but when asked about my bonus for it I got told it would be reloaded on my account. Never was. Then was told that it was already redeemed. False because at this point it was before the account issue was fixed. I stated all of this. Now I just keep getting sent the exact same automated message by them for about five times now. Awful.
