Overcharged and no reply from customer services

I used this app to park, I wasn't sure if I had to do anything when I left the car park but I logged into my account and there was an image of the car park exit so I thought everything was fine. I then saw a charge for £16.40 on my account (I'd parked for just over an hour) and then saw an email saying it looked like I was still in the car park - I clicked the option to say that I had left but nothing happened... I contacted customer services but have received no reply. I actually have no idea if I'm still accruing charges.

Beware buying a Giff Gaff refurbished phone

I bought a refurbished giff gaff phone (iphone 12 mini) about 3 weeks ago, the phone was a little glitchy but I ignored that thinking it would resolve itself - I was talking on it a couple of days ago and it suddenly heated up next to my cheek - this made me jump and I dropped it onto my wooden kitchen table. The phone screen smashed, but my screen protector didn't and the screen has been blank and the phone heating and then cooling intermittently since. I was talking to my friends about it and they said it didn't seem right that it smashed so easily - I also looked up the durability of screens on the apple website and they use toughened glass on their original phones (I realise this is a refurbished phone so might not have apple glass but it doesn't say anywhere on the giff gaff website that they use inferior materials for their refurbs). I've been in touch with giff gaff and they said I can pay them for a repair assessment and repair or go somewhere else to hopsefully have it repaired. I'm now going to have to spend almost as much as the phone trying to have it repaired. I'm really upset with this whole thing, it's really knocked my confidence buying a refurbished phone and I certainly wouldn't buy from giff gaff again. I thought they wouldn't help me and they have lived up to that expectation sadly.
