You can potentially pay monthly for nothing. They hide the ball about how to get a high “avvo” rating (so you even have some exposure) and you just hope your rating improves based upon reviews. Perhaps, at this point, they’re so saturated with customers that you’re another drop in their bucket and have to share the market with too many other attorneys.

Simple, easy renewal. Didn't take long, didn't have to chat with someone over the phone and go over new options to allow them to try to sell me on some new policy.

It's kind of hard to rate an insurance company that you haven't had to make a claim with, but the ease of sign-up, payment, and receiving my policy was fantastic!
