Possible Scammers

I purchased a cover in April 2024.

I waited at least a month to follow up on the delivery.

Eventually I received a reply and I was told that the courier could not find the address even though I receive parcels from couriers almost daily.

Tracking the parcel also shows that it was never collected.

I was informed that another case will be sent, but I never received a new tracking number and the original package still hasn't been collected.

At the time of writing, in August, I have still not received it.

For the past two months I'm being ignored and my request for a refund is also being ignored.
