I decided to stop shopping here since…

I decided to stop shopping here since last year after encountering rude staff and what I felt was discriminatory behaviour. It gave me the impression that customer rights are not a priority in this store. I was very disappointed and chose not to return.

Extremely Disappointed with the Treatment at KFC Edgware Road – 09/07/2025 at 3:35 PM

I had one of the most upsetting experiences at your Edgware Road branch on Wednesday, 9th July 2025, around 3:35 PM.

We initially ordered takeaway because there were no seats available. A few minutes later, the dining area became empty, so I sat down to eat. Immediately, the staff gave us unfriendly and disapproving looks — clearly showing they were not happy that I had chosen to sit, despite the space being available. Their attitude was cold and unwelcoming.

While seated, my husband accidentally spilt his drink on me and the floor. He turned to the staff and politely apologised, yet the response was shockingly rude — the staff member didn’t say a word but gave us an extremely annoyed and dismissive look. There was no verbal acknowledgement, no offer of help, and no replacement drink.

We had to request tissues, and even in those instances, they provided us with minimal assistance. It was other customers — not your team — who came to our aid, kindly offering tissues and checking if we were okay. The complete lack of empathy or even basic courtesy from your staff was truly appalling.

In the end, I was too upset to eat my meal and left the restaurant feeling deeply humiliated and disappointed. For a global brand like KFC, I expected professionalism, basic kindness, and customer care. This experience reflected none of that.

I hope this complaint is taken seriously, and that action is taken to retrain the staff at this branch in proper customer service and basic decency.

The Customer Service in TK Maxx UK is very poor; you need to improve the customer service. Employing friendly and welcoming staff would be helpful. Many nice people are seeking jobs; Hire them!

Very bad pakignig although I got fancy…

Very bad pakignig although I got fancy item with a damaged gift, and when I texted customer service, they said we cant do anything with the damaged gift atleast do nice packaging and dont give gifts! i ordered other items (fancy) with better prices from other site, with very elgant and way better packiging with choclate as gift. I think I will stick with other sites than Fragrance Direct. There is nothing special about them! Even on Amazon I found they sell the same item at the same price!
