Vancouver air port Polo outlets store…

Vancouver air port Polo outlets store refuse sell customer clothing without showing reason.
Call customer service, they said store has right to do it.
Also went to different store,got notice that store calling this store "don't selling to this customer "
Is this Ralph lauren policy?
Call US customer service, they said it is canada ralph lauren responsibility.
Call Canada customer service, no response.
So bad experience, is Ralph lauren bankrup?

Vancouver Airport polo factory store is mess..sales assistant wasn't perfecional..Supervisor and store manager is rude and arrogant.They have right now to decide sell you or not sell you..
What is odd logic?
I will purchase Boss,Armani instead of Ralph lauren

Don't call their customer service phone…

Don't call their customer service phone number.
It is not free unless your phone plan is covered.
Rude and arrogant, all India guy answering your phone..
Won't help unless you have to listen to them,step by step..like fraud..avoid do business with them,their website is not safe..
Always hacked and you can't get you money.

No greet,no communication but ask me when I buy it?where is the receipt?attitude like a police men...feeling so bad..
He doesn't know how to process and his coworkers help him to process in the system..
Just hand me receipt without saying anything.
Why other people so nice..?

Fedex ,They are not professional

They are not professional, always put a doortag and let you pick up at their center about 20 minutes driving and closing at 6pm..instead of putting at accesspoint like staple near customer home.
Call them to change to deliver to staple near my home twice and nothing happen..They guaranty but do nothing.
If I have a choice,never use this kinds company.
UPS and DHL is good,at least they call you and ask you.
Fedex ignore you.

$120 buy a Norvan long sleeve,
Logo open, cost me $15 to send their factory and wait two weeks for repair. NOW FIND LINE BROKEN ON SIDE.
HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.BRING TO STORE,THEY REFUSE AND JUST LET ME CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
SUMMER IS GONE.WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE.
NEVER BUY THIS KIND T SHIRT AND LOST CONFIDENCE FOR THEIR SERVICE.ANYTHING HAPPEN,YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR SHIPPPING.

Last time was logo broken.
