Underwhelming customer service :/
My recent order is delayed. I checked order details, noticed an oddity with my listed address, and contracted customer service to verify. I sent my address (without DC, as is listed on your site) and the agent confirmed my address was.correct but sent back the address with DC for confirmation. I think this isn't the issue, but the response doesn't assure me.
I reached out also to ask for an update on the order and haven't heard back yet.
Delays, issues out of our control, etc. and human error happens. Transparent, clear communication is what I want when dealing with vendors
