So called Warranty

I am writing this review of the so warranty given with the car. I purchased a ford focus just under a year ago. The buying was good and all very helpful.
Once I started having problems with the car no reply to emails, then on the phone I would get you’re not covered for diagnostics. Eventually when a garage have now repaired all the alarms I was getting due to abs sensors I have sent the invoice for the repair to car supermarket have tried to call them no answer or reply.
Update a big thank you to Laura who replies on here who sorted the problem.

Please avoid!

I signed up to a one month subscription believing it to be £18.23 as I confirmed with Apple Pay my credit card has now been charged this plus £49.99 a charge I didn't know about and if I agreed to it was in error. What I think they do is a scam make you click for the first charge you think it doesn’t work then they charge for something else. I tried instantly to get a refund and no response. I now see they have replied on here telling me to contact them, believe me i already have several times.
Still no refund!!!This was the response I got 100% these fraudsters!!!

I re-escalated your refund request with our Billing Manager and, after reconsideration, was told that the decision is final and could not be changed.
