Once again the water was delivered to zhe end of my driveway! For some reason the driver will not take the empties as a result I have a total of 15 5 gal bottles! Now I have 5 empty bottles by my garage, 5 full bottles at the end of my driveway and 5 in my garage..
They have left the water by my mail box for a week and finally came and dumped it all.
Tucson supervisor are very ineffective..will not call, text no communications at all.
We got the servi e through COSTCO...do we need to contact them?

For the last 4 years, I have had water delivery from sparklets. 5,5 gallon jugs once a month have been delivered next to my garage door. On August 22nd I had a scheduled delivery when I arrived at my home. I realized the 5,5 gallons of water. We're placed by my mailbox and my empty bottles were up by my garage, where they've always been. I called to complain about this situation and I was told they would rectify it on friday, the 23. They would pick up the empties and bring the 5,5 gallons up to my garage.
On friday morning, someone picked up the five empties, but failed to bring the water up from the street. When I again called to complain, they told me they were unable to get to my property. Because the gate was locked.I have no gate on my property, never have. If there was a gate, how were they able to pick up the empties? Now they're telling me they can't do anything until next week sometime.

Purchased annual pass at the new location on Grant Rd Tucson..when they first opened I went in an equipment failure did no allow water to get on brushes and brushes spinning on dry paint. Went in again and did a decent job. 1st was after purchasing annual pass- same problem no water. After many cars went through with out water including mine-manager realized he failed to turn on water pump. Every can before mine and mine didn't get cleaned...Absolutely unacceptable!
