Today, I made a reservation to travel, thru Cheap TicketGuru (AirTkt.com). Needless to say, it was a wonderful experience. The agent that assisted me was Alvina Gaur. Alvina was professional in all ways. She was courteous, patient, helpful, knowlegeable, all the things one would hope to find in an agent. We were, somehow, disconnected.
