I am still waiting for my item from a the seller who sent plenty of proof that it was delivered to my chosen location for click and collect. Low a behold, no bar code was issued for me to get the item. I have a few issues with eBay but I will get to that later. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I have been with eBay for many years and every time I get a gut feeling to stop shopping with them I have problems and I find they are very incompetent and unhelpful to say the least!

First thing first, from the beginning of my dental journey with TML SMILE STUDIO that they were communicating with me, giving me the confidence to come to see them. I was nervous at first but never under pressure. I was so well informed that I was extremely confident to go through with them to thee end of this process.
The dental staff were very experienced and excellent people who was extremely supportive and patient with me. I will never be scared again of going to see my dentist again. They have given me a beautiful new smile and a new lease on life!!! I would like to say a huge thanks to everyone for making this possible, The staff are attentive and couldn’t do enough to help with anything questions I asked. So yes, a 100% happy! I had time to take walks and do a little shopping too! I have had lots of compliments from my friends and my work colleagues which has boosted my confidence. Jemma and Yekbun were excellent and very supportive of my time spent with them but the new coordinator Vulcan was so adorable and he couldn’t enough for me and. He spoke English very well. So big thanks to all of you at the clinic and best wishes for the future successes.

Terrible decision to travel with this company if you cancel and need refund! They are quick to take your hard earned money out but have no intentions on paying you back! I have been waiting a whole month for my refund and got back in touch only to be told that they have sent it already to my PayPal account… I am furious and frustrated with this company and customer services take 5 minute increment to get back to each answer, what a damn joke! Stay away from these rouge companies!!!!

The recipient enjoyed the surprise and chocolates. Did arrive in the afternoon though which is not no fault of the company, I heard it was a beautifully freshly picked arrangement ,So I’m happy for that. Thank you prestige

This company as gone above and beyond to get things sorted out for me and deserve 10 stars. I am thrilled with my purchase and performance staying power, they are absolutely incredible in sorting out an error that accidentally occurred and I am looking forward to doing business again soon with this customer care service team.
