leaf filter sales man Jonathon Skopinich was very helpful resolving a problem with the warranty department. Niclolas Langley was the person who was assigned the responsibility to correct the problem cause by another leaf filter employee. He was dressed professionally, very easy to talk to. He identified the problems and explain what his plan was to resolve the issue. The process was complete in about 1.5 hours. Thank you Jonathon and Niclolas

The casserole dish I ordered was engraved very nicely. I was a little disappointed in the size of the dish, it’s not very deep. Also the plastic bag it came in was dirty as was the dish. So I did carded the bag, washed the pan and wrapped it in bubble wrap to be mailed.
Didn’t like the big letters saying made in China. On the box. I’m sure the gift will be appreciated.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Also the online shopping is very easy. Only problem I found was two items were sold out☹️. I will definitely shop here again!
