Emag removing your bad review from their page!

Emag used to be good. Not anymore as they work with Fancourier that doesn't deliver your stuff ever or in time. And they don't allow your review on their page, that is why they have such good reviews! Should be illegal.
Dissapointed.

You can't give them 0 which is sad.
Ordered from Emag(Romania) on 7.10.24, they should drop Fancourier as a partner.
Email stated order would arrive on 9-10.10.24. Updated delivery date stated 12.10.24, nothing arrived.
Had to contact emag for them to contact Fancourier to resolve the issue and finally got the order on 17.10.24
But my dad called Fancourier and no one picked up for days, then he received a notification from someone asking him if he still wants the parcel.
Awful company. 0 stars!

Delivery was quick and without any issues.
Razvan and Prashan were very helpful, thank you.
Fridge not yet in function, so we'll see if any issues.
