Cake not delivered and no refund a month after cake due

I have been very reluctant to write a poor review as have had good service from this company in the past and don’t make a habit of leaving bad reviews for anyone. However, I ordered a cake on 29th April to be delivered 6th May, cake did not arrive. Despite contacting Bakerdays several times by phone and email over the following couple of weeks, they have not resolved the issue. I was offered a ‘free’ cake to make up for problem but would not be a free cake as original never arrived (now 6th June). Eventually promised refund which would take 10 working days. Now nearly a month since cake was due and 12 working days since refund promised and still no refund, feels like basic dishonesty. Issue raised with Paypal today.

The album is really great 😊

The album is really great and good value for money. Unfortunately, there was quite a big delay in receiving the photo book. This was connected to delivery not production. The couriers have been totally uncommunicative but Photobubble have replaced the album and refunded the delivery charge whilst keeping me in the picture. They could not have done any more in the circumstances. It is a lovely keepsake for our daughter.
