Ordered a gift card for our friend in Germany and it wasn't delivered, customer service is useless, they just close conversation before they help us find out why it wasn't delivered. We have opened the chat 4 times already and all they can suggest is that our friend need to contact them to receive his birthday gift. Are you insane Zalando? Why person who has a birthday need to waste his time to understand why he didn't receive his gift and interact with your terrible customer service? People, don't waste your time on this piece of garbage. Never again!
