Car not clean, won't rewash
Bad Company. Got a car wash and when the water dried, I noticed the car was still filthy. Took it back an hour later and asked for a rewash. They refused and wouldn't even look at the dirt. They suggested I buy another more expensive wash. Manager was a smooth-talking snake.

Hello Allan - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience. We always offer a clean car guarantee; however, this offer is only valid for 30 minutes after your wash or during the same visit. If you leave the facility or come back after the allotted time we cannot guarantee the wash as the quality could have been compromised on the roadways. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused you. If you are ever unsatisfied with your wash please always pull around right away and let out onsite team know so that they can address it. We will always do everything we can to make sure you don't drive dirty.
