I used Yahoo Mail for about 15 years, but I stopped using it after switching to Gmail 5 years ago. Now I need email verification for some of my accounts, but the confirmation emails are being sent to my old Yahoo address. Unfortunately, Yahoo permanently deletes accounts that are inactive for 12 months. It’s unacceptable that a long-term account can be erased so easily. This is a terrible service and completely unreliable.
