Would of put 0 stars if it would let me. No communication at all. Ive sent countless messages and emails. No reply back at all. I received the item i bought they are very nice but if you want to buy something from here dont get it if your planning on sending it back. i have returned one of my items back which was £553 and not heard anything at all other than royal mail confirming it has been delivered to store. 26 days later and im still waiting for my refund to be evan accnollaged/processed by the store. Tried and tried to contact over this matter but just been totally ignored completely. Also the mobile number for the store on the website doesnt exist says number not valid. Im really not happy at all with my experience with this store at all. Should be shut down. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Stay clear. Scammers

I bought a dress for my baby which came with matching tights. I got 9-12 months as my baby is 10 months old the dress fit perfect was lovely just like the picture but the tights have a label on stating they are the same size as the dress (9-12months) but when i have gone to put the tights on my baby and pulled them off the tag. To which now i cant return they are practically size newborn and was so small. This dress was for a special occasion so i was very disappointed to learn that not only i cant return the item as ive now pulled the tag on i couldnt evan let my daughter where this as it didnt fit. Im so upset with this and makes me think how many more people have made the mistake in buying the same dress and done the same thing as me.
