Terrible customer service
Early this year, I paid my yearly subscription, and realized I am missing some magazines (not received).
Contacting their customer support has been a terrible experience. multiple times.
They promised to get back to me as soon as possible, but there was no communication for two weeks. This happened multiple times.
I feel ignored for a subscription I paid for that is not respected.
This is unacceptable behavior for a company.
To Bitcoin Magazine: Find our multiple conversations via your official email channels that you sometimes answered, and most of the time ignored.
