Confusing and Misleading Practices
Movers showed up 13 hours late, then didn't finish until 11pm when the initial window was from 9-12. Then the items did not arrive for three weeks when they had told me it would be 3-4 days, and we were missing our desk, and several boxes of sentimental items. When the movers arrived we discovered that we had to sign another contract with another smaller company. We were pressed for time and did not have a choice. We have called several times but neither Brite Star or 365 Movers have been able to help. We paid 2500 for this move and are still missing 1500 worth of items and have no direct person to call to solve this issue. We were sent to a claims website to make a claim where it could take up to 120 days to resolve. This was a terrible experience, do not work with these people, they are frauds.
