I purchased a tin of paint from B&Q which turned out to be darker than expected.

After contacting Lick customer service on WhatsApp they took some details/images and we're quick to offer a replacement. Great customer service!

Things go wrong from time to time but it's the response which truly says a lot, couldn't have been better in this case.

I'd like to especially thank Rose for her help on sorting out my problem.
