Perfect taste,design and Excellent delivery.

I ordered a cake before I did. I chatted on WhatsApp, but there was no response. I called, and I was told to leave a voicemail. I ordered on their site and picked the delivery date, and I was sent a quote with the delivery fee, which I paid. Next thing I got was a chat saying, “Oh, they can’t deliver. Can I pick it up?” I said, “You charged for delivery. Why?” And the person said, “ I should have called before ordering. I said I picked a date on your site. You previewed my order and texted me a link with the amount to pay. He then called and said he was sorry. Can I pick it up? He gave me a postcode that is 3 hours from me, and I said I can’t pick it up. He said he’ll issue me a full refund because they can’t deliver. I said I am waiting for the refund. He hung up and sent me a chat saying I’ll get the refund in 3-5 working days. I said no, that’s not acceptable. You okayed my order, asked me to pay, and now you can’t deliver. I shouldn’t be punished for you not keeping to your end .” I ordered a cake in May and was delivered a broken cake that was ordered 98661. When I sent them a picture when it was delivered, they apologized and all, only to do worse today. They are very unprofessional and shouldn’t be trusted by customers. They have refused picking my calls and respond to my chat

Uber is the biggest scam with wait and save. They said wait save for 10min and it ends up 40min and still didn’t give a ride.
