*** update Power was off 7 times today. Been here 14 years with their power anomilies...blowing up stuff but they only pay for cheap stuff. Mean while they help retail blowing up millions of dollars of stuff they don't cover. Low volt...high volts ... power completely off. Real bad company overcharging too

They make it easy to shop 5 stars. However the product quality is very low in many instances. Even on bad review they offer nothing. It's like gambling...
Bud K I shop with many times. If there is a problem they correct it. Shopping all over the internet it becomes apparent. They are good

I did the online app with Affirm for a Walmart "flash sale" item. Never saw a denial...never got the item. These "turkeys" have no record...how about that ....you 2?

I have purchased the same item twice before from them. Last time qty 4. This time qty 4 on a supposed "flash sale". I paid 95.68 supposedly saving 23.92. But the quality item I bought b4 they substituted an old "different" product worth way less...less than half value and I don't want. I contacted them. They proposed a 10% refund. This is a "bait with a sale" "switch to inferior cheap product" and make double money. Only 1 solution will resolve: full refund...will call the junk back. End of our business...will not buy from them again. Know ...thanks to TrustPilot they offer a full refund if I return the junk they sent is unused. Of course it unused. NOTE: no offer to get me what I ordered this time and 2 times B4. Old fashion guy I guess they are not taking notice of their customers needs at all.

Customer since 2002. Recently account locked until I uploaded pics of my CA drivers license and my SSI card. Now last week tried to use ATM at a weed store where I used it in the past. Got a security error and card would not work anywhere including a store I used day b4. Couldn't get money or purchase. Logging on to etrade account showed no problem .This a serious position to be put in. Took over an hour with eTrade to fix. Was told an AI program made the decision. This is criminal in my mind. Weed is legal here. Still a war on weed killing debit cards used at dispense stores of weed? Religious nuts? Leave me hanging...can't buy gas food anything cause I used a weed store ATM? Does anyone see how screwed up this is? Telling the story to people .... they yawn.
I have bought many times from BudK without problem but last shipment missing 4 items. The say ship it all back...I say ship the 4 items I was charged for...it stopped there ... won't lift a finger 4 me. I spent a lot of money there. Will never shop there again...lousy customer service. 4 solar panels to power camera missing but some one put 12 camera mounts in the box to correct the weight. Sign of bad criminality. This is second $300 + security I bought. 1st one failed at 74 days. Now have to use the old solar panels as they stole the panels out if the new kit...loading it with dead weight******they called me 091224 to resolve...waiting for missing parts of order they said they will send. 9-18-2024 received replacement solar panels from BudK...issue is settled
