Support has been 'radio silent'
Previous Support has been generally good, however a recent issue with a domain renewal and loss of service has been far from satisfactory, with zero comms updates despite several requests and tickets automatically closing after 72 hours because no further posts. I have temporarily resolved the issue myself, I just hope they sort their act out and I am credited for essentially paying twice for a domain renewal.
