I previously wrote a negative review

I previously wrote a negative review, because when I first received my bag, the one clasp did not work. I reached out to Elegous, and immediately got a text from Rory. With her help I was able to get the clasp working. Rory was very responsive and wanted to make sure I was extremely happy.!!! I was very pleased with their customer service.
