Easy to get my family car sold and collected. You are kept up to date all the way and as painful as it was seeing my car of 10 years going the experience with this company made it a little easier.csn thoroughly recommend.

excellent choice. went in a few times but finally took all family to decide- we were welcomed by all staff - very friendly and not over-bearing, I cant stand lurkers but these guys respected our space and we managed to filter our choices down and decide on the sofa- easy to order and they are very clear all the way along about options for finance etc.Even gave my boys some hot chocolate,which was a nice touch.Definitely recommend.

EASY AND QUICK, VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD.

ordered plate,put in family names, spelt my sons names correctly, sample was sent back and by the time i had the chance to check saw they had made a mistake with one of my sons names- reported it ,was told i hadn't corrected it within the two hour window! - email sent to me at 4.38 am !! when i pointed it out, was told it was my fault(!). as plate was in transit they said nothing can be done ,not even an offer to correct it so not impressed- get that whoever is doing it probably doesn't have English as a first language and V + B are next to each other on a keyboard so understand- this is actually the second time this company has done this- had a coin made a few years ago with the same mistake.

emp is a quality site,unusual star wars tshirts(my hobby) excellent quality.worth a wait.
