Unethical business practices and inferior quality "silk"
Horrible experience with AI customer service. Bought a sleep mask with a discount (which was a complete other battle). It arrived and it was a horrible quality, definitely not the mulberry silk as advertised. In addition, it was too small. When returning the unused mask they told me there was a 15% restocking fee. I reminded them that this is ILLEGAL in the EU, and after a couple emails back and forth they agreed to waive the restocking fee and acted as though I should be very thankful for this gracious act. The responses were formulaic and nonsensical, obviously led by AI customer response robots. When the refund came back, they didn't refund the absurd shipping fee (7.95€ for one sleep mask!!!!). In Spain this is not allowed and I reminded them of this, and to date no response. Horrible quality of products, complete lack of ethics, horrible customer service. Should not be allowed to continue selling in the EU!!! Of special note "Meys" was the only one helpful at the company. "Annie" & "Louella" were of no help.
