We spent two years trying to get Lytx…

We spent two years trying to get Lytx to fix a faulty camera. Multiple people tried and tried and tried, but never got past their customer service reps, who would open a case just to close it the next day, or never open one at all. We kept getting told that someone would call us, and no one would. We didn't get put through to anyone who would actually do anything until we threatened to take our business elsewhere. They then tried to charge us $560 to fix the camera, saying that we should have told them sooner as the warranty had just expired. Definitely makes me suspect they purposefully gave us the run around on getting the camera fixed until after the warranty expired. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I hope nothing goes wrong with any of our other devices, as I don't want to waste another two years of my life trying to get something fixed.
