I also had the same quality and sizing issues as others here have mentioned and requested a refund after returning the shorts to the florists shop. To be fair, although it took several complaining emails, I did eventually get my money back.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from this company on 18th August (Order no 8742) and they arrived today, Sept 1st. Upon opening the package I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the material and haven't even bothered to try a pair on. I have requested a refund by email in accordance with their "Refund Policy" but im not holding my breath. How I wish i had read some of the reviews before being hot-headed and believing the marketing nonsense on the company's website.

So far, so good but I do wish companies wouldn't bombard you with requests to review their services when all you have done is had a chat with a salesperson. OK, so he was polite, personable and non-pushy but It remains to be seen whether what he's offered is what I receive.

Does what it says on the tin. Procedure was followed to the letter and the whole process was seamless. All happened with precision. Offer was fair and cash received almost immediately after offer acceptance. Brilliant system and extremely efficient.
