Was unable to obtain sufficient blood for finger prick test . Contacted customer care and Aaron arranged to send me out another kit and gave advice if I am unable to still obtain sample . Quick response to my enquiry

Review of ZAVA UK
Ordered weight loss medication on 29/06 sent required pictures . Contacted on the 01/07 for a further picture that I sent away that day . Got message on 3/7 to say my order was being processed . No further update since I’ve messaged twice for update and no reply . Tried calling but couldn’t wait for call to be answered . No idea if I have been accepted or rejected just showing as pending . Disappointing experience .
UPDATE
Since review Zava quickly resolved my issue and approved and dispatched my order that day . although it was 24 hours tracked it came a day later than expected but think this is an issue with Royal Mail , But item was packed so well it was still cold so no issue.
