The first thing you can do is answer the phone when I call you with a problem following the engineer’s callout. The problem still exists but I can’t make contact with you.

From the time of ordering to the time of seeing the curtains hanging from my window, I have nothing but praise for The Mill Shop. Delivery happened just as promised and I was kept informed by texts when to expect arrival. Congratulations on a first rate service.

My husband has been suffering from dementia for the past three years and has not been able to attend to the repairs and maintenance that needed doing around the home. There is now a backlog of work that has mounted up and I needed someone that I could rely on to do a good job and who would give me a fair price.

I used to dread a heavy rainstorm because water would completely flood the garage. Craig found the source of the problem and fitted new guttering in a really short period of time. It is now so nice to be able to stand in my garage during a storm and not get soaked!

When I needed replacement glass in my bay windows I knew I had hit the jackpot when I found Craig. He measured up what was needed, got estimates from two firms to supply the glass and fitted the new glass in just two hours. He cleared up after himself and the bill he has given me is more than reasonable. Not only that, he oiled the window hinges so that they now work like silk and I no longer have to bang the windows shut.

Craig was really kind to my husband who was trying to "supervise" him! He has changed my whole outlook. It's a pleasure seeing my house being cared for instead of getting more and more dilapidated.

Craig makes it feel really easy and I am extremely grateful to him because there is still plenty that needs to be done.
