Disney+

Disney+ and Hulu lock services together so that you can't get Hulu plus live TV alone. Disney + is a terrible service that frequently have issues that prevent you from watching anything. You get this icon going around in circles. When you call for help you get a rep that runs you through the basic problem-solving protocol and then at the end, you still don't have any service.

Build by Ferguson is a discount box store outlet

Don't take anything for granted with Build. I purchased 2 sets of Blum cabinet hinges from Build. I didn't inspect them when I received them. MISTAKE!! When it came time to install the hinges there weren't any mounting screws. I contacted Build and was told that it is written in with the description that the screws weren't included. I've mounted many, many hinges and never have I run across screws not included. Build is nothing more than a broker house distributing virtually everything for the home. Like any other box store, they save money wherever possible. Blum is a brand of cabinet hinge, and any other outlet includes the screws. I've purchased many sets of Blum hinges from Rockler and always get mounting screws included. You can't blame Blum; Build saves money by not including screws. Do yourself a favor and purchase Blum hinges from a reputable outlet such as Rockler. I know I will from now on.

I ordered a cultured marble vanity top

I ordered a cultured marble vanity top. When it arrived, it was damaged. Then starts the nightmare. I called Wayfair and they said a replacement was in order. I never received an email stating when I would receive the replacement, so I called after 7 days. I was told the replacement would be here in 2 days. Then I received 2 emails stating the order was cancelled. Then I received another email stating I would receive an email with a tracking number. So now, I called again and was told there were delays and my top would be delivered in 11 more days. Now while all these delays are going on, I have no bathroom facilities to even wash my hands.

Blinds.com - Awesome!!

I've hung a few blinds, but never on a door. I sent a picture, color choice, and measurements of the application to a rep, Justin. From there he talked with me about the best blind for the situation. When I received the blind, I got everything I needed and it was as easy as A-B-C to install. Great looks, great quality!! Very satisfied owner/installer.

Horrible Spectrum Support

I bought a new S23 Samsung phone in November of 2023 and for 8 months now voicemail hasn't worked and 50% of the time the phone doesn't ring when incoming calls. I get nothing but the run around from Spectrum and the Charter store where I deal with.
