Our driver, Isa, arrived promptly at 6 AM to take the 4 of us to the Louisville airport from the Galt House Hotel. He was extremely courteous and patient with we 4 elderly ladies and our luggage. The pickup time was coordinated very well with the Jayride contacts.
Great experience and highly recommend using Jayride/Lyft again.

First time working with Jayride or any rideshare outfit - turned out OK.
