Organising the scrapping of my vehicle went pretty smoothly. The communication through to the buyers was excellent and the driver who picked up the car was professional and organised helping me negotiate the final parts of the transaction.

Delivery is great, greener living is great. - But, your website / App leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to seeing what I've already, or previously paid for. Sure you show me the amounts on my receipts but there is no back-accounting of earlier orders. Nowhere I can see what I bought, how much I paid for each item, and what money was, and wasn't, taken. Recently I ordered some chutney, apparently you no longer sell this so you've refunded me. BUT I CAN FIND NO INFORMATION TO SHOW ME THIS ACCOUNTING. I had to find this out by email, but still I cannot trace any evidence of the resolved transactions. in my accounts section on the App. You're easy enough to buy from, not so easy to chase missing monies.
