Good customer service protocol and fantastic staff
The help infrastructure/protocol at 1Password allowed me to have an ongoing conversation with the same human (Mr. Hightower) as he worked me through my problem. I didn't have to start back at the beginning each time I responded to a suggestion for "try this..." I was really stressed about going from 300+ stored passwords to seeing only 3 so he had his work cut out for him. Mr. Hightower went out of his way to avoid shaming me when explaining what I was doing wrong.
