Loved the personal touch of putting sweeties in the box with a personal thank you message and a 15% off voucher on my next purchase . Had to exchange a leather jacket for a smaller size, Will the store manager was very helpful and I received great service , the 70’s style leather jacket is great , leather is excellent quality
Review of Sevenoaks Sound and Vision
I called the Loughton store after seeing a pair of ex display Sonetto 2 speakers on line , unfortunately they had just been sold. Dave was extremely helpful and found the Bromley store had a pair. He arranged for them to be sent to Loughton so I could demo then . They were just what I wanted and at a very good price. Dave was very helpful and called me to let me know the progress of speakers on route from Bromley . I’m now the happy owner of Sonetto 2 in white . A great experience from Dave and all at Loughton .
