Efficient but totally human support, and good value
I was recommended to use Krystal during a web design bootcamp I took part in, for a combination of reliability, transparency and good support. Since then I've created my own websites with them, about which I had a lot of questions; I've also recommended them to, and then helped three different organisations to migrate four small business/charity websites, including multiple email accounts in one case. In every case the support from Krystal staff has been absolutely stellar - effective, quick, and written in clear English by actual humans (I see the same team members popping up again and again, which feels really nice, but it's also efficient because any available team member is able to follow up on an issue so there's no delay). I've asked some stupid questions (when I reflect on them after) but not one person has made me feel stupid! It really feels like the company ethos is to offer good service (and I think it's pretty good value too) which is why I look forward to continuing to use them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.
