Where is the customer service? The greeting made by staff is just an open threat to move your bag or you will be charged for the seat. Cafe car staff are lazy AF! Customers are herded like cattle. Let an Amtrak employee know they're a pos today!

They are trash. One they can't count they can't add and they can't review hospital discharge papers correctly. Call me ahead of time to inform me that they would not be able to help me and I would not be charged. 2 Days later a bill was sent to my email from helix for $76. I said fork you and locked my card. Don't buy from this company. I bought the kestrel Wi-Fi glasses and they wouldn't connect to the network the side got too hot to wear and then they charged me 15% of my purchase price to return them. Trash ass company. All their refund policy says is money back guarantee. Then it goes on to comment on the underhanded tactics of customers who buy stuff and return them. Maybe they're afraid if they just say their policy outright that they're going to charge you 15% - 30% every time you return something they're afraid nobody would buy their crap. I told him it didn't work I told him it got too hot to wear and they still charged me.

After going through several career websites I found that Monster is very nearly the only one of it's kind that does not engage in the scammy 3rd and 4th party jobsites you're sent to and spammed by forever. Not Monster. I've received legitimate leads to 1st party company websites
